Are ultimate skins not going to be texture rebalanced?

I've noticed none of the Ultimate skins have recieved texture updates with their respective champions?

Are they being worked on or is it not happening? I for one have gone back to using the default Ezreal skin because Pulsefire just doesn't look so nice on the new map
