I liked most of the new arcade skins, but not Ahri's. Her log in music was nice, but that was all I liked about it.

Just because she got a skin last patch does not mean she can't be a Star Guardian.

Could be a case like Sailor Uranus or Neptune, in that she comes in a bit later.

Some of the people looking at leaks and stuff from some eerily accurate person said Janna, Lulu, Poppy and Jinx, with all being 1350 aside from Jinx who got 1820.

Honestly I have no idea about the veracity of any of that but legendary Jinx skin YESSSS. Her Star Guardian skin concept was made by fans ages ago and has been on all chat and everything, so I think that at least that part of it will be accurate. I figured she might need to get a legendary to justify something that hyped and to add particles to her abilities. If it is I will be physically incapable of not buying it.
