Very soon. Supposedly this week, actually, as Reav3 said when he was talking about the upcoming State of Champion Update Devblog that they've been working on.
They said sometime this week
When Riot did the New Warwick Update stream on twitch
they were talking about Urgot being looked at so probably he's next
