Looking at the Universe page, there's over a dozen Ionian champions. Understandable because it's a melting pot of magic, creatures, and martial arts. Noxus is around a dozen, for similar but human focused reasons. Targon by contrast, only has 5. Personally, I'd love to see more void champs.

There hasn't been a shadow isles champ in awhile
Personally, I always love any champs that are from either the Void or Shurima. Icathia too.
Urtisan, Void, or Icathia for sure. Freljord next probably.
Guardian's Sea, or the Sea in general, there are what, 3? And one is just a changed man. I'd like to see another Marai, male one. If people think he won't be individual enough because we already have Nami well we just had 2 bird people come out and there are enough humans. Plus don him in full armour and make him melee and done.
Also, someone from off world but connected to Targon, that'll help the Targon numbers.
What regions do you want new champions to come from?

I'd love an assassin champion from Demacia. Someone who either doesn't abide by standard Demacian conventions, or adheres to its codes very strictly, ensuring his/her enemies' deaths are swift and painless. Maybe a religious assassin who follows the Light/Veiled Lady.
I'd still like a Targon champ entirely unrelated to that damn space empire.
Other than that, I don't know. More soldiers from Demacia and Noxus are always good. We still have room for the drill sergeant, a commander who actually plays like a commander, Demacian cavalry, and a frontline commoner infantry (as opposed to the more knightly elite guys we always get), maybe a pikeman. That'd be neat.

I would like to see where ever the PROJECT world is integrated into Runeterra and then see some champions from there.
The Voodoo lands (Annie)
Alternatively another Ascended from Shurima.
I would like to see Kumungu, Rune Terra's 'spirit realm' and the Voodoo Lands (if it still exists in new lore) expanded into a fully fleshed-out official factions. Each region would offer a ton of new champion, lore, narrative and setting potential. You could introduce something like a new Aztec, Indian or Mayan-inspired civilization for Kumungu, make the Voodo Lands a hotspot for new and existing champions dealing in dark magic, and turn the vague spirit realm into the 'home' of spiritual or magic-based beings like the demons or Yordles (Bandle City now exists in some kind of pocket dimension that can only be accessed through a magic portal, after all.)
And if Aurelion Sol, Bard, the Void, the new Targonian lore and the new Dark Star skin line could be buildup for something more - then maybe Riot's planning on implementing a universal "cosmos" faction for champions that aren't native to Rune Terra? Seeing other aliens besides voidborn or even eldritch-terror space horrors as could make for amazing and creative champion additions to the roster.
In regards to existing factions - Targon, Bilgewater and Piltover's champ pools are still a little small and definitely need more additions.
And when it comes to factions that are overdue for a new champion, then the Void and the Freljord are overdue. Same with Demacia and the Shadow Isles if you don't count champion VGUs.
I would like a champ from either Noxus or the Shaow Isles, preferably a mage/support champ.
I really would like to see some1 of the Radiant Order from Demacia or another Targon related champion (maybe an actual Targonian would be cool).

I'm a bit biased in that all of my favorite champs are from Noxus so of course I would like more to come from there, but the Void is the other region I would like to see more champs from.
Shurima, Shadow Isles and Void.
For me, the Void and Shadow Isles.
Maybe some other other worldly champ, like maybe someone from Kayle and Morgana's home world.
Piltover and Zaun, I am really into that steampunk stuff. Shadow Isles and Void are interesting too. Bilgewater... can be good.
Mt. Targon I can't really stand the champs from there. xD But I have to admit that region deserves something new... so few champs....
