Sona definetly. Very few champions have killed a family member as far as we know, with Camille having commited fratricide (her brother), Fiora, Gangplank and (technically) Zed commiting patricide, and other than Sona no one has been ever hinted to having commited matricide before. It's also helped by the fact that the taunt after the matricide one is **"You wanna learn how to play that thing really well? Maybe we can make a deal." ** That almost certainly refers to the Etwahl.
So yeah. Sona taunts.
Sona killed her adoptive mother, or rather her etwahl did. It's not super clear if it was a conscious decision on her part or the instrument doing its own thing.
Interestingly this means, presumably, at least part of that judgement is still canon?
