Demacia reminds me of the Harmonium

Who are the Harmonium? Planescape veterans are all too familiar with them but let me tell you anyway. http://planescape.mort.net/factions/pgp_024_01.png These guys are basically "Peace and happiness throughout the land... or else!". The Harmonium are essentially Lawful Good fanatics who believe in utopia through enforcement. So you end up with a land of peace and harmony, but not often happiness. People who are free-thinkers, or any sort of trouble-making, tend to get dogged by the Harmonium and dealt with. It's gotta be good, or it's gotta be gone. Remind you of anything? It should, because that's almost exactly like how Demacia portrays itself. The epitome of "good" on Runeterra are essentially like the Harmonium. Peace and happiness... or else! Of course neither the Harmonium or Demacia see themselves as evil. After all, good can't be wrong... right? They are both corruptions of those who pursue Lawful Good too far, to the point they are blind to the pain they are inflicting on others. Garen "What we do is right!" Thoughts?

Well I'm not sure if the Harmonium are from a game or something, but as for the Demacian ideology I have always felt that it is "Follow the rules or face the consequences".

Their laws and punishments are just and true.

Honestly, this is a large problem currently in the lore. Noxus is portrayed too often as the "bad guys". Their bad side is portrayed too often and their good side not enough, and vice versa with Demacia, who has it's good side shown too often. We need more lore of Riven, Darius, and the like from Noxus and we need ACTUAL Demacian villains.
