Been a long time, but new Sejuani's armament still bothers me

Giving her heavy armor made sense. A LOT more sense than her old outfit, after all, she's supposed to be a heavy warrior in an icy land. This I like

But why the art team remove her shield? Even Traditional Sejuani doesn't have a shield anymore.

Seriously, her armament doesn't make much sense for a heavy warrior now honestly she seems more like she can't decide being a heavy warrior or a scout.

Yeah, she's got heavy armor and a flail, but no shield? A flail is a big and slow weapon, you leave yourself side open to attack by swinging that thing with no shield because unlike a sword, you can't make quick jabs and pull back to parry an enemy's attacks, a flail needs big wide swings.

No shield? Well I'm not a Horseman, but I'd presume that if your goal was to ride quickly like a scout, you'd probably be able to do so.

Considering Sejuani's probably fought for a long time with Bristle, I think she can stay on Bristle with only her legs so she can go ahead and use a shield. As strange (and stupid) as old Sejuani's skimpy outfit was, she at least had a big shield to use with her flail to protect her.
