I totally agree, most hideous splash art I've ever seen. If she didn't have boobs she would definitely look more male than female, and even if this splash art was for a male champ it still has awful graphics and is pretty disproportionate.
The splash is fine, but her face is way too long and her skin in general looks too dirty

If there were no boobs, you would question gender in this splash. The pose is similar and style are similar to singed. Put a mask on this things face and a chemical tank on its back and boom you got knife throwing singed.
This splash is repulsive.
Edit : Why would you want to make something worse. Current splash is far superior to this one in every way. Someone put a lot of time and effort into the current splash and did a really nice job. This new thing is horrible.

Superman was drawn by dozens of artists over the years. His face has changed over and over again. Yet still underneath all that he remains Superman.

I don't think it looks bad. But it is very unfitting for her. Her current one shows her jumping up ready to attack. This new one shows her charging in for some reason.
Keep the background. Change the stance to match the current one.
honestly clean up her face and hips and it would be fine. The shadowing on the hips makes them look unnatural and the face is kinda meh =
But I will still be using High Command Katarina so no prob for me :P
