Sense Kled's release I have seen him in game like 4 times. I doubt he is getting a skin soon tbh just becuase of the low play rate. Asol too. I bet Kayn xayah and rakan will all gets skins first
Urgot, Swain, and Shen are the three champs with the longest waits since their last skin.
Urgot just got a rework, so it might be a few more months until he gets a new skin.
Swain is currently being reworked, so he'll likely beat Yorick for the "longest wait since last skin."
Shen's last skin was the Season 2 World Championships skin (TPA Shen).
Comparatively speaking, Aurelion Sol and Taliyah have both waited less than two years.
