Right now the only reason to even consider buying any of her skins is because of the particles.
Look at Leona. Minus Pool Party, all her skins have her clad in armor. Heck, look at Kayle. Not a single unarmored skin.

Diana could use a more armored skin for variety, but this was a fire based skin...so I can't imagine much armor for her.
