Vayne should be in the Demacia comic

It's been said time and time again that she needs a bit more character development, and the opportunity for that will either be Evelynn's lore or an upcoming comic.

While I adore what the writing team did with Lux's role in Demacia, she has already got plenty of content (together with her brother). Jarvan, on the other hand, has also been overlooked, so a story involving Vayne's excessive cruelty and unceremoniousness getting her in trouble with the king himself would be just sweet (for example).
