Ekko had a crush on Jinx,but it was likely one sided and he got over it when jinx started to get crazy.
Also Taliyahs quote makes it clear that she would have a small crush on him,but that is more of a "what-if-these 2 met"-scenario and nothing based on canon and it doesn't say anything about ekkos feelings.
