What the hell did Deadeye mean!?
None of his abilities are named deadeye and it isn't in his title. Why did they have the word "Deadeye" in the code?

Because the whole Jhin thing is just a ruse. Look up an image of a deadeye: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/75/Deadeye-sans-lanyard.jpg . It bares a significant resemblance to one of the most feared champions in League of Legends. The true Deadeye. The killer behind Sona, Zed, Garen, and Vi... Is

it's a code name, riot use them for skins and champs before they have a "real" name, like calling challenger nid duchesses,
^ pretty much. Like the way Destiny was codenamed Tiger before it had an official title.
Maybe because another name for a sniper is a Deadeye
