ok then, I don't believe anything you just stated is relevant to anything I stated in the prior post.
My point was, Region Updates come along with Champion Updates.
its not just reworks.
Considering that was the whole of what I was talking about, it was just reworks.
Shadow Isles was actually a Halloween thing, yorick's update just brought a few more bios to the same location
It was also the major update for the region of shadow isles, and the reason why we know so much about the isles today.
Regardless of accuracy this point does not contradict my point and is therefore irrelevant.
and Camille was tied to Piltover
Piltover and zaun are now the same place, and when warwick was updated zaun got its update cementing the connection.
This point does not contradict my statement and is therefore irrelevant.
Taliyah to Shurima
Shurima had already received its update, before the bilgewater update I believe,
Therefore this point does not contradict my point and is irrelevant
Mostly it seems to be new and reworked champs
I think you meant to put something else here, as otherwise this is entirely irrelevant otherwise, and also false, as new champions are not added with every major lore update.
But you also have new champs and reworks that don't get tied to any real lore event, like Jhin or Ryze or Kled
My statement only pertained to situations in which champions were being updated along with region based lore being updated. therefore new champions do not apply when not tied to lore events.
In the case of ryze, two logical leaps can be made,
- Ryze did add lore about a new and seemingly important part of future league lore in the world runes,
- Ryze did not receive a substantial enough change.
one or both of those could be true, but likely not neither.
To simplify,
The only thing you said in your post that had any sort of relevance was "Mostly it seems to be new and reworked champs" but this point utilizes poor wording.
