How Jhin could have been

So Jhin is an artist, he sees kiling as form of art, but it's only in his head, outside it's just blood, bullets and dead bodies. How awesome it would be if everyone except the person playing Jhin see everything as it is now, but the summoner could see all additional effects and particles while dealing dmg? Some butterflies on Q, some leaves and trees on R etc.
