Why does Aurelion Sol say that Illaoi doesn't understand her god? Who is Nagakabouros and why does she want the cycle of life to continue?

Nagakaborous is essentially the cycle and reincarnation of souls with a will of its own. Think of a swirling vortex of energy with parts of it coming in and parts of it going out, and that energy is souls. Some weaker souls get bonded together in order to make stronger ones, and some are just naturally stronger than others. She wants the cycle to continue because that's how it should be. To stop the cycle, to try to exist outside of the cycle, is to pervert it and a crime against her and nature.

We don't know why Sol says this. I'm sure Illaoi wouldn't think she misunderstands her god, but she also might question some things if she was introduced to Sol. Perhaps Nagakaborous is one of the older entities that Sol has met before or come into conflict with.
