Can we get some expanded or new Shaco lore?

His lore is extremely old and simple and don't give us much that we can't gather simply by looking at him: a psycho that thinks death is a joke. The rest of his lore simply states that no one knows what he is. His interview on the Journal of Justice also leave us hanging and don't give us much.

Are there any plans to add something to his lore? Like tying him up to a bigger event in the sort of Bilgewater, or something along the lines or Jayce-Viktor's story line.
