The new Lee Sin splash art makes him look much less like a monk with inner strength. The old splash art of a guy with stubble beard, meditating alone in the rain, shows inner strength. The look on his face was one of controlled aggression. The new splash art of... a guy with a blindfold... doing.. something... just doesn't seem to have the same impression. He just looks aggressive yet doing things for no reason.

Can we get back the old Vayne splash too? and the Kayle one?
There's been a couple of cool new splashes, but so many of them were so.. dynamic for the sake of being an action pose.
New Katrina splash included >.0 (though at least this one isn't that bad)
I miss the old splashes of Vayne, Kayle, Janna, Ezreal. Because they felt more like themselves in them. They felt more like who they are ingame, and how they are in game.
So while the new splashes for Ahri, Akali, Alistar, Orianna and Shen have felt like improvements which add something to me. (even if Orianna's ball isn't actually part of her splash anymore -.- ) Those, suddenly action-pose splashes, where their old splashes gave you a lot better impression of them and communicated a lot better who and what they are, are just so... not interesting at all, so... incredibly generic.
It feels so much like that's why I'm not playing Kayle as much as I'd like to.
P.S. And yeah, the only thing more generic than an asian style monk with a blind fold doing some cool meditative thing, is a muscular dude with a weird thing on his head flying nondescript through the air.
