So are Yasuo and Riven actually getting the skins?

I heard the trynd skin will be the only one, but the icons are already out, but what sense does it make to release icons for skins without introducing the skins? Like you have mission icons and buyable icons already shown, and I hope a ward or two, but who the hell would buy them without an explanation as to what they are? And If they are for riven and Yasuo, wouldn't the skins come out this pbe update not next? Because like that makes zero sense to send out icons without skins....
