Are tacos a universal food or is it unique to Noxus?
Very important question, please tell me that Noxians get tacos and Demacians don't.

Any advanced culture will eventually realize the taco is the pinnacle culinary invention.
That would explain why they are at war:
Demacia: Hey, can we have some tacos?
Noxus: No
Demacia: THEN IT'S WAR!
Noxus doesn't have them either, Kled has all of them and he's keeping people off his land so no one can steal his tacos.
Noxians gets hard shells from a young age to help strengthen their jaws, if they aren't strong they don't deserve the deliciousness of a taco Demacians get soft shells because they're weak little prissy men, although the poorer and more physical peasants make do with hard shells because soft shells are too expensive as a luxury
