I can give clues for a few of these.

That's one of their denominations! The Progress Day story has another :)

I think a few players have pieced together a jpeg of the whole map somewhere, though I'm not sure where. It'd be faster using that than waiting for us to maybe get a pdf out there (esp. because we'd want to get one for every language too).

Zuan to my knowledge is under Piltover, Piltover is situated on clifts and is elevated and Zaun is under it

There's a manmade water passage between the cliffs that piltover sits on top of- that's how they get all their trade that's made them so rich. Zaun is built into those cliffs, while piltover sits on top of the cliffs. They used to be one city.

I find it incredibly interesting because the scale of the city must be so big that there is people who is born in Piltover and they never set foot on Zaun, the contrary is also possible even though, young zaunites can't help but look up and see the city that has begrudge them while young piltovians probably don't even bother looking down... incredibly rich stories right there

Actually, the red ones are older, more established and well-known. That's why they're closer to Piltover, it being the reference point. The charcoal ones are routes that Jago must've been less sure of, as he's expanding his reach outward and learning as he goes.

I'm very interested in the picture of what appears to be a Minotaur blacksmith in "Krexor", northeast of Piltover. Is Alistar not alone anymore?

Well, he's never been "alone", even in the old retconned lore, he was part of a tribe of minotaurs. His tribe might've been destroyed but there is most likely a bunch more.
