When will lucian get a skin? I mean the one after heartseeker?

You forgot this:

Galio,Volibear and Swain are on the reworklist,they could only get skins after these reworks are done. Cassio and Yorick however could really need a new skin.

has gone the longest and hasn't seen any love since his release back in 2011 haven't gotten a new skin since 2012 (team skins don't count) haven't gotten one since 2013 (team skins don't count)

Yorick should get something new soon to go with his major update and Riot knows he's in real need of a new skin. Urgot and Swain won't see anything until after their reworks. Urgot should be next after Galio so his might be soon-ish. Talon, Shen, and Cass all deserve some love. Cass especially since she hasn't even gotten a team skin (but those don't count) Jarvan is planned for the next class update so he might have to wait until after that for a new skin. Zyra they don't like doing skins for because she requires so much work (with multiple models for her plants and such). Yorick is excused from this because he needs a skin so bad. As for the other two you mentioned, just got a skin last June. 's getting a major rework in a few months so he'll see some love after that but at least he got a 750 skin back in 2015.

got updated so he should get tone this year. really its that needs some love. but with a update coming up idk if she is going to be neglected in the skin department or be like taric and get a nice 1350 skin a month after her rework
