Watched your video and when i saw the arm of the jacket flapping empty my first thoughts:

Riot gone and cut is arm off. We are not only getting the General, but a battle worn General. I didnt see a cane and figured if you aint got no arms, how would you use a cane?

But it seems Riot didnt cut his arm off. kinda disappointed to be honest.

He lost his right hand to Irelia. Thats why it is glowing red, because it was replaced by the demon.

I think it's left arm.

But yeah, the red hand is a stand-in as the original is severed.

Ah dang it,looked at a flipped version of his picture when I wrote this. You are right its his left hand that was cut off.

If you look at swain's special interactions it is actually implied that Irelia took his arm! :> One of his arms is now a demonic claw, so his original arm was probably cut off by Irelia somehow. Hoping to get some lore on this soon, sounds interesting, especially with the Irelia rework right around the corner.

Here is the clip of the interaction if you are interested! https://youtu.be/IaGaqTW6QPQ?t=6m49s

Implying means there isn't confirmation, that it's hinted. Swain flat out tells us that Irelia chopped off his arm. There is no implication here, it is hard fact.

No, implying means that he does not outright say it.

adjective: implied

suggested but not directly expressed; implicit.

"Am I to seek revenge for my poor departed arm? If anything girl, you did me a favor." I guess this can be interpreted different ways. I see it as an implication because he doesn't outright say "you cut off my arm", he words it in a way that suggests she cut off his arm by saying that 'she did him a favor' Though I can understand your point.

Either way Implied ≠ Not Confirmed
