I'll say this every time alignment are brought up. The Alignment square is an oudated systen basr on old christian morality that lack any new ons in telling what a character is. People should stop using good and evil in describing political differences...

I feel like Evelynn is a chaotic neutral and LeBlanc is neutral evil

LB is def evil though, idk about Evelynn, probably also evil since she probably comes from the Shadow Isles according to her lore.

LB is lawful evil. Eve is up in the air because no one knows wtf she even is or what she does anymore.

So far all we have to go one is that she has a thing for kink wear, killing, stealthy and blood magic, and can run in heels.

So I'm going with a magic dominatrix. Maybe a manifestation of dark desires. For all we know she could be similar to Shaco, Nocturne, and Fiddlesticks.
