##LORE DISCUSSION TABLE OF CONTENTS Who built the Mercury Hammer?- Was the mercury hammer the product of Jayce's own inventive mind...or was the mercury hammer actually a scrapped prototype of Viktor's glorious evolution?
Are the Watchers Void-Beings?- Are the Watchers beings that originate from the Freljord...or are they actually creatures from the void itself?
What happened in Shurima?- A special discussion that took place about a week before we had the full story on Shurima.
Shurima: Part 2- I was kinda sick special. My own version/take on the Shurima event I had made a year prior.
Who killed the man Yasuo was meant to guard?- Incorrect title wording, my fault. Still, we discuss the theory on who is the actual culprit of the murder: Yasuo, Riven, or some other person who we have yet to meet.
Who is C?- The Engima. The Master Thief. The man-or-woman who has plagued Caitlyn for years, who could this master criminal be?
The Black Rose- Existing behind the veil of Noxus, the Black Rose. What could this organization want?
Where is General DuCouteau?- When the father of two of Noxus's greatest champions (and mentor of one) goes missing, it's not something to take lightly...
The Lunari- Mount Targon has not only touched the sun but the moon as well. Which begs the question: What happened to the Lunari?
The Darkin- A nearly extinct race, the Darkin are...proud? Noble? Bloodthirsty? What are they and what happened to this race?
Zaun- Zaun, a backwater breeding ground for sickness, illness, and mad science the likes of which Runeterra has NEVER seen!
The Shadow Isles- No description. 2 spooky 5 me
Urtistan/Zilean- A land lost to time, Zilean is the only survivor and has gained immense powers...or has he?
Runeterra Holidays- It's that time of year...right? I'm actually not sure, I keep messing up the Runeterra calendar.
Races of Runeterra- Humans and Yordles and...ursine? Void-beasts? Ok we're going to need a compendium here.
What is Lore Discussion?
Lore discussion is a weekly thread made to tackle and discuss some of the biggest mysteries, theories and ideas revolving around League of Legends. The topic each week is voted on and from there I expand upon it myself to provoke discussion and theory sharing all around.
What are the topics?
Every week, the topics are voted on by readers. When one topic wins and is the center of discussion, that topic is pulled from the roster and a new topic replaces it. Along with this, occasionally the option to "Shuffle" will appear, where I'll pick a random topic to discuss before swapping out every discussion with a new one.
Can I suggest a topic?
Go for it! Just keep in mind a topic should...
- Allow for creative investigation. A mystery isn't fun if it has only one answer.
- Is something that a majority of people want to know. A lot of people may want to know if Jarvan was actually Leblanc, but not so many would be interested in the color of Vi's underwear.
- Is actually something of a mystery. An obvious answer isn't so much of a discussion as stating facts.
Can Rioters participate?
Indeed they can! Although something tells me that they might not want to talk about lore too much due to A.) Giving away mysteries or B.) being chastised for the direction lore is going, even if they have no part in it.
Why are some of these discussions suggesting things you made?
Well, simply put, I'm just theorycrafting with lore. Any champion concepts/characters/etc. that are discussed are simply my own ideas and theories of what may come to pass or what may be true. In that regard yes, all of this is my personal conjecture. Please keep in mind, however, that NONE of what I suggest is canon nor officially endorsed/used by Riot. This is ALL my personal work.

Ask away! Just try to keep it related to lore, I'm not really interested in sharing about my boring personal life.
