Can we talk about the new skins?

Note that I have M7 on Lux, Warwick, and Xayah, and M6 on Rakan and Nasus, so I think I'm qualified to talk about what I think of these skins from a "Mains" point of view.

  • Sweetheart skins. Holy hell these are bad. The particles are amazing but the models are just god awful. They look like 750 quality. I like the light theme on Rakan but it just looks so cheap and rubbery and the hair really just doesn't look right against his skin. Throwing big heart on white cloth doesn't make it a Sweetheart skin. It could have been executed ALOT better. I also find it strange how much his chest is covered up, i would have preferred that he have the whole shirtless/wings Cupid thing going on like Heartseeker

  • On the flip side, Xayah is really uncovered. Having her shoulders hanging out when her base skins are almost completely covered just isn't right. Not only that but she's missing her signature edgy teenager hood. I also really like the heart particles on this skin but her cape and feathers looks very cheap and rubbery just like Rakans.

  • For the love of god please make their recall dance more energetic. Rakan is a bird that flies around nimble on his feet jumping from person to person over Wallis and running at his enemies. Xayah runs around surrounded in feathers and jumps into the air throwing out more. Clearly they're very energetic and agile, so why the hell are they doing a junior high school level dance? They don't look like they love each other at all. Hell, bring back Heartseeker Lucians recall and have them have a sexy dinner together.

  • Sewn Chaos Amumu didn't die for this. Honestly just pull the plug on these skins for now til you can make the models look better. Keep the particles they're lovely.

  • not going to complain about Lux getting another skin but if you're gonna make another one can we not just make it throwing some new shapes on Fire Elementalist form particles? I'm colorblind and I literally don't see the difference between the two skins besides dogs and some new little sparkly shapes.

  • I love the Lunar Guardians, I don't have any complaint about them. Thank you for giving Nasus such glorious hair. Same with Arctic Ops Gragas.

The skins aren't so great but all the particles are super nice

I like Xayah's skin a lot, but I do wish there were some effects on her feathers. Although I agree Rakan's model needs some work, he's far too light and there aren't enough darks to balance it out; I do love the icon though <3

I have m7 on Warwick, across three different accounts with a total mastery score well over 500k so I think I am qualified to talk about how I feel regarding his upcoming skin.

I had to watch that dance a couple of times to really let how awful it is sink in. Xayah and Rakan are lovers not 14 year olds at a school dance. They should be doing a rumba or a tango or even just a simple quick step. I don't play either of these champs, but I love their combined recall animation. They'd be better off leaving the regular recall than using this, it's sad and doesn't suit the characters or the line.

On the other hand, Lunar Guardians make me both happy and sad that I just started playing Warwick and Nasus.

I understand why Xayah doesn't have her hood and shoulder more shown.

She's spose to be dressed up for Vday
