With Galio's update is he still Shyvana's friend?

His update has changed him to a slumbering giant that awakens when he is needed most, so what does that mean for his friends?

Galio was one of the few people who understood Shyvana since they were both outsiders looked upon with fear by other Demacians. Shyvana because she was a half dragon, and Galio because he was a magical construct with a will of his own, something that had been banned long ago for fear of what could happen. (Think robots rising up and destroying mankind.)

However now that Galio is a slumbering giant that only awakens when he's needed most, basically being a absolute last resort weapon like a nuke, does that mean he's never met Shyvana? And if so what does that mean for Shyvana? Galio was one of the few that she was comfortable being around as he both understood her and offered his wisdom whenever she felt lost and didn't know what to do.

Is Shyvana going to get a lore update to compensate for this? And whatabout Galio? Does he no longer have any friends now that he's a silent guardian statue sleeping the ages away?

Well the irony is that while Galio was made to counter magic,he himself is magical. And since its implied that the demacians don't see magic as a good thing and we see him destroying a building in his splash art by accident,I am pretty sure that a lot of demacians still see him as something dangerous and more like a necessary evil.

So overall I think that while Galio might not be Shyvanas friend at this point(though he might have fought alongside her,I mean when Shyvana turns into a dragon she might be one of the few noticeable allies that he has),the 2 could end up as friends eventually,because their positions aren't that different.
