Lord, Bioforge, and woad king splash art feels a little outdated and didnt riot say that they would update splash arts for reworked champions ? Well Darius is one of those champions, including the others in the juggernaut update. I dont think they should be skipped just because their updates happened before riot decided to update splashes for reworked champions.
skin splash arts are for champion who received a Visual Update in the past
Darius isn't one of those
He's probably on the list, we just don't know where, and VGU'd or champs with older splashes take precedence, I believe.
Darius only received gameplay changes,but the ones that riot is focusing on are the ones who received visual updates.
Riot also announced already that the next skin splash art updates will go to 
(when he gets his VGU),
and 
&
will get skin splash art updates for the tank update.
And honestly I'd say that Woadking is fine the way it is.
