Anyone think the Serpent Isles is near Ionia?

I only say this because I keep wondering how Illaoi and Karma would interact with each other. I'm really just basing this on the green energy, but I think they have some similarities.

Thresh " Green energy"... i guess that its a thing only from Ionia and Bilgewater... Swain Yeah.... i guess so... Heimerdinger Well, in Bandle and Piltover, we use "Green Energy" ... but i dont think that we are talking about the same...

I figured "Serpent Isles" was an old name for Bilgewater. Like she calls the Bearded Lady "Nagakaborous", Illaoi seems to use a lot of traditional names for things. Like, maybe it was called the Serpent Isles before sailors settled there and founded the city of Bilgewater. Would fit with some of the serpent imagery Bilge likes to use.
