Tahm not having any lines to Viktor kinda bugs me.

Like Viktor is -the- "I have a master plan that I want to get done" sorta guy but Tahm doesn't even offer a quicker path to what he wants...or even better, Tahm talking about how stubborn and asinine Viktor is to refute him.

There is not "Quicker path" that Tahm can offer to him. In fact Viktor would offer him an "improvement".

I can think of alot of champs that were missed for such chances (on the top of my head, Vel'koz, Urgot, Brand)
