Seriously though, are they Piltoverites or Piltoverians. Because if they are Piltoverians, that's amazing. "Drunk ovaries".

'Pilties' is a derogatory term, but I think 'Piltovans' rolls off the tongue rather well.
The woman’s accent sounds oddly lean and leisurely to Tamara, as if she has all the time in the world to voice what she wants to say, yet it is not uncommon this close to the Boundary Markets: a blend of Piltovan affectation and the looser familiarity of Zaun.
It's Piltovan, although I have a distinct memory that it used to be Piltoverian in the distant past.

On this note, people from Zaun are called Zaunites right?

Warwick calls them "Piltovans" so that's probably the correct normal usage. Ekko's "Pilties" sounds more like slang.
I asked that same question whenever there is a topic anything related to Piltover. But Pilties is what the Zaunites called them. But I do preferred Piltoverians myself.

U can call them Piltovans in normal term, or Piltians and Pilties for sarcastic purpose.
