Jhin and Jinx
I wonder if they are both users of Shimmer?

Jinx looks relatively normal, but she's a bit skinny. As for Jhin, he's missing his right arm and both legs. Perhaps Jhin lost his limbs due to constant application of Shimmer?
If that's not the case, Freud would say these two characters are anal expulsive: (people who have this condition exhibit cruelty, emotional outbursts, disorganization, self-confidence, (sometimes) artistic ability, generosity, rebelliousness and general carelessness.)
