This Evelynn VGU makes me sad Garen already got a VU
This is not to speak negatively.
Evelynn's VGU is stellar. From animations, to art, to model, to particles, etc... just amazing. You see how far Riot has come. Even from the time of Garen's VU.
I always felt Garen's VU didn't quite hit the mark for me, and these VGUs are just making that feeling stronger. I always believed in Garen's potential to look cooler and just be cooler. The recent Demacia Lore update showed how one-note he isn't. The way they explained Demacian steel and armor and petricite.... Garen's art (model, animations, etc.) can be so damn awesome!

's future update, Riot considers a Demacia VU, a general sweep on the demacian champs. I have no doubt Xin Zhao will be decked out in some shiny silver and gold, and some blues here or there, so why not touch up on the others, or at least the ones that also feature armor in their designs.
and 
in particular, though I think a J4 VGU would be more likely.
