I always hear this voice in aram and i think its just recently been added. It sounds lie taric and says:

"I destroy mountains... and something else, I forgot

Can someone tell me if this is a teaser or what the hell it is?

It's Aurelion Sol. Simply just a voice teaser for him

Taric is the next rework to be released, probably will be on PBE tuesday next week. For Taric there is just his hammer in the shopkeepers barrel on PBE, that about it for Taric teasers.
