I think deadeye is a champion related to opositions.

In Zed art, we see him with light coming out of his mask and flowers coming out from one eye, this mean light has been brought out of the darkness, wich is Zed.

Sona has butterflies coming from her mouth, wich represent a voice she doesn't have. Her throat is also shiny on her gif.

Garen gif shows his face with cracks, wich may mean something like his might has been broken, and breaking the might of Demacia's biggest symbol of determination is quite a huge thing.

for Vi idk what those pink waves are, maybe it's her past she can't remember or something like this, we will know more when her teaser is revealed.
