This is straigh up facts. For the same price, same theme and same type (legacy skin)

Candy Cane Miss Fortune is just downright inferior compared to Slay Belle Katarina

As a suggestion, turning her cannon balls to snow balls would have partially done the trick

As someone who wants to play Old Saint Zilean with my duo Candy Cane Miss Fortune This feels rather un-rewarding to buy these skins

(Old Saint Zilean is also inferior compared to other 520 RP skins, but that's another story for another time)

Miss Forunte skin release 2010

Katarina skin release 2012

MF's skin is a much older skin made from different quality levels. They really don't need to do anything.

'Moderate' Model changes doesn't actually mean much.

Star Guardian Poppy in all it's glory only has "Moderate" model changes because they re-used the same pigtails she has in every skin.

Candy Cane MF has a completely brand new model except for her hair.
