The new teaser, it has Quinn's horns, the shield on her left shoulder, and the same dress by her thighs sticking out like Quinn, my guess is arc light Quinn because of the light and clouds

Its def not Quinn so soon, she had to many skins recently. I thinks it's taliyah. The wings look like her scarf, and she looks ascended
I mean it could be Quinn since people did complain that she does not have a 1350 + higher rp skin as of yet.
When draven got his skins 2 months apart, he was being played a lot in the lcs, so I don't know if they would do the same for quinn since her playrate is very low not to mention, not played at all in competitive play.
I kinda agree with OP on this one, looks a lot like quinn.
If it's a legendary skin, I will be happy because quinn deserves one. All her skins right now are 950rp and lower.

Calling it now. Looks like Kayle - wings, in the clouds with a heavenly light, and gigantic orange bubble shield which is how her ultimate has been represented since she was created.
While it does look a bit like Quinn,she got already a skin this year,so it is rather unlikely for her to get another one so soon
