The new teaser, it has Quinn's horns, the shield on her left shoulder, and the same dress by her thighs sticking out like Quinn, my guess is arc light Quinn because of the light and clouds

The leak suggested a phoneix champ as the next champ pic looks pretty phoenixy to me. But it could easily be a quin skin

It means she can't get another one this soon. It's only been about 2 months since HS Quinn came out. There's no way Riot would drop another skin for her so soon. No champ ever got a skin so soon after another one.

There are no rules about who gets a skin or not, HS is part of skin line, this would be an individual skin.

That was just my guess, but no guarantee on anything, I just think it looks exactly like Quinn from the horns, the shield, the skirt, the bird wings.

But that's because of Draven's popularity. Quinn's nowhere near Draven's level in terms of popularity.

Heart seeker Quinn did receive a bit of backlash so it might not be a surprise if they made a new skin for her.

Riot wouldn't of withdrawn the heartseeker quinn skin, mainly because it had to come out on valentine's day. If it was any other skin type then yeah sure they might've but because it was a holiday skin it would've made less sales if it came out at a different time.

Its def not Quinn so soon, she had to many skins recently. I thinks it's taliyah. The wings look like her scarf, and she looks ascended

I mean it could be Quinn since people did complain that she does not have a 1350 + higher rp skin as of yet.

When draven got his skins 2 months apart, he was being played a lot in the lcs, so I don't know if they would do the same for quinn since her playrate is very low not to mention, not played at all in competitive play.

I kinda agree with OP on this one, looks a lot like quinn.

If it's a legendary skin, I will be happy because quinn deserves one. All her skins right now are 950rp and lower.

Calling it now. Looks like Kayle - wings, in the clouds with a heavenly light, and gigantic orange bubble shield which is how her ultimate has been represented since she was created.

I doubt it, for one there is no sword. But the shadow does look like quinn. Same horns, same shield, same dress, Kyle doesn't have that type of head.

I believe it's said somewhere that during Kayle's update they're redesigning her as well. Her helmet could just be getting a redesign. The sword just may not be in that particular image.

The way this is framed looks very, very angelic to me, not to mention the bubble shield looking to be a huge tip-off. Quinn definitely can't do that.

Still no sword and the fact that it looks like quinn makes it unlikely to be kayle.

The shield could be or couldn't something. It could be just a cool special affect, or nothing at all. The fact that quinn can blind someone from the screen and this is blacked out like your blind also throw me more toward quinn.

Just because there's no sword initially visible in this image (and it could very likely be somewhere on her person, considering she's in silhouette), it doesn't mean that it's unlikely to be Kayle. Especially when all other factors point toward it very likely being Kayle (angelic theme, bubble shield, wings, etc.).

There's also no crossbow readily visible in this image, so by that logic that would mean it can't possibly be Quinn either.

And the image isn't blacked out. The character is in silhouette, with a clear heavenly glow emanating from them. Who's associated with heavens, light, and bubble shields? Kayle.

I find it odd that Riot would include imagery heavily associated with a particular champion, who we know is getting a rework and visual redesign, and not have it be that particular champion.
