Riot:Sion's family line

Riot I want to ask you a few things about Sion, specifically his life before his history making death.

How did his friendship with Boram start? Given Boram's long lifespan, was Sion's family just deeply loyal to him or did Boram respect Sion as an individual?

Was he a noble or was he a commoner?

Did Sion have a family? Now obviously he had to of have a mother and father, but did he have siblings or a wife? If he had a wife, did he have children? And if he did have a family, how did they fair after his death? Is it possible that we have a Noxian champion who is one of his descendants? I personally think that Darius and Draven might be related to Sion, but could it be possible that Riven is his descendant?

And if not them, we still have Vladimir Talon Swain (it's a stretch, but he did die a long time ago) Leblanc (or at least one of her past title holders) Karthus (because he was originally from Noxus) Elise (same as Karthus, unless she gets a lore update that changes her origin).

And if none of that can be answered, then I only ask one thing: What was Sion's family name?

I'm not thinking on descendants too much, but what about ancestors?

Since Noxus is actually just Mordekaiser's old fort, is there any chance that Morde is Sion's Great-something-Grandfather?

Think about it. Mordekaiser (pre-death) was still a badass conquering emperor. I like to think of him as being along the lines of Genghis Khan - specifically in that there's a good chunk of the population (especially Noxian population) that could be related to him by way of his...virility.

Granted, then you could argue that most Noxian champions are descendants of Mordekaiser - which if you asked me would be neato.

The blood of Mordekaiser's legacy would be hard to scrub out from between the mortar and brickwork, who's to say it doesnt flow through the blood of the Immortal Bastion's current residents?

Sion and Mordekaiser are similar-ish personality wise too, especially in Morde's more recent lore. Though Sion is far and away the bloodthirstier one, especially with his resurrection.

I personally hold that Darius and Draven are probable descendants. Darius and Sion have a lot of similarities to just both be noxian

A while ago someone posted a pretty decent Sion fanfic where he had a pregnant wife (whom he subsequently widowed).

In any case, as to whether Sion was a noble/commoner... I think it's kind of beside the point. Old Noxus was almost certainly a hardcore meritocracy, and Sion got to where he was by being the best. His bloodline probably never really mattered.

That said, Riven as his descendant would be pretty interesting.
