So is 'C' in Caitlyn's lore now non-canon?
When you shortened it, you didnt include 'C', so im assuming thats non-canon now?

That is only her short lore,which is meant as a quick introduction to her character. The full lore is on the universe page and still includes C.
Just because the lore does not mention something from the old lore, it doesnt mean that is not canon, for example the current lore Cassiopeia does not mention that she is sister of Kat, but the new one does... or GP in the oldest lore killed his father and it was mentioned that it is canon even if it has not been mentioned in the new lore.
After all the short versions of the lore do not mention everything about the champions.
"C" is still included on the Universe, so "C" is still canon.
The updated bios on the PBE are not replacing current lore, they are just a synopsis for players to read in-client.
As long as the champ who is a thief, uses cards, and can teleport still exists in this game it makes no sense to remove that part.
