New Cinematic where?!
It's been too long since "A New Dawn."

You just got one called "Burning Bright"...and then before that you got Zedd Worlds 2016 one, and before that you the 2015 Worlds one, and then before that PROJECT cinematic, and between all that dozens of Champion Reveal videos.

Riot has stated that they've made the conscious decision to move away from the giant New Dawn style cinematics and instead focus on shorter announcement cinematics for new champions or skin lines.
Admittedly, some of these were pretty simplistic and boring, like, for example, the Taliyah announcement of her just sort of surfing and giving a rather bland soliloquy. But there were more complex ones like Kled's still frame of a battle. Which admittedly still wasn't as cool as New Dawn, but at least was visually interesting.
And then there's the recently released Burning Bright, which people have said good things about. I haven't watched it myself, I don't really care for Sailor Moon. But, if you're interested in the cinematics they've released a lot. Just nothing as big or as flashy as their earlier battle vids.
