What exactly do you mean? He activates from any magic. We know for a fact that Lux makes him come alive, it was in their short story

Lux was able to do it herself in a story,so I'm pretty sure that most mages in the game are able to do it.

Also you forgot Syndra a champ who is all about having huge amounts of magic power.

Also, I doubt that Kennen could. He's hardly a mage, aside from the spirit magic and innate yordle magic. Shen uses Spirit Magic too.

Well, if we consider "Mage in League" any kind of champion in the category of Mage, then Rumble is one of the fews that would NOT power up Galio, at all.

I'd put Lissandra in here. She's been alive for a LONG time and fairly certain she's gathered a lot of power in that time. There's also speculation that she has her hands on a World Rune and that's basically a magic nuke

Morgana, syndra, karma, Janna, mordekaiser maybe and others. It really depends on how galio functions and interacts with all the various types of magic.

I dont think AurelionSol counts as magic does it? Its probably like innate star-dragon abilities or something.

If Lux can bring Galio too life then i would believe any number of Champs that can use a normal amount of magic would bring galio too life. So mages from Malzahar to Vladimir . Also maybe hextech if the brackern hearts count as magic so that means Camille Jayce. Demigods use magic too so Ivern and Ornn as well as the others.
