It would be very interesting, would he try to take her on as a pupil? Not only does this seem like it would be an engaging read, it isn't that unlikely considering Annie's ties in Noxus.
I have a weakness for reading about genius military leaders. Watching a true war between these two take place could be great, if they focus more on them trying to out think each other and less on just who has the better random magic asspull ability.
I want to watch Garen (or any of the badass normal style heroes) beat the crap out of an Ascended or Sol or someone. Simply to make everyone arguing over the power of various champions throw a fit.

I want to see how Death reacts to people trying to undo it's work through the manipulation of the timeline.
One is a kid who has been allowed to grow her powers freely. The other is a teenager, who had hers repressed and got super pissed about it.
They'd have an interesting dynamic. Heck, maybe Annie would even think she's cool. And Annie's creepily adorable self could temper that rage of hers an iota or two.
He could help teach her how to be more human, and less creepy windup toy of death.
Three guys, all unwillingly turned into undead monsters. The story practically writes itself.
There was a fan art a while back that showed a meeting, and potential fight, between & . I think that would be really cool to see played out.

I'm going to assume that the souls of his fallen foes are given physical form through the blood/energy that is formed in his shield. Now if it is blood, Vlad can absorb those souls. So if Vlad does, then he can probably be filled with the screams of Sion's victims.
But it doesn't end there. By accident, he will absorb Sion's actual consciousness, his soul. Now we know that Sion is a man who strangled Jarvan the first as he died, what is to stop the soul of Sion from strangling the soul of Vlad in a torrent of souls?

I just have this scene in my head where Viktor has somehow acquired Ekko's time machine (most likely from those who stole it from him). Now Ekko is probably pissed and very untrusting of Viktor (there are few people in Zaun he likes) and will probably attempt to fight him as soon as he realizes Viktor has it.
What is Viktor's response? Grab Ekko by his collar, tell him to be more careful and protective of his works, and hand it back to him. Then he leaves, erasing any memory of the device from his databases so he doesn't start copying someone else's work for his own creations.
Meanwhile, Ekko is stunned.
