Fizz's race city theories/questions

  1. Why has there been no investigations of this city it seems could has some advance technology/history of ancient Runeterria? Possibly some kind of information on the other Darkins because of them both being ancient races?

  2. What destination does Tahm Kench mean in his taunt to an ally Fizz ("Wouldn't you care to travel to your people's destination?")? Could of they ascended like Xerath or another possible more malicious "destination" caused by there enemies.

What Do you guys think? Any other questions that I'm missing? Leave comments below.

The reason why there's been no investigation in to Fizz's still un-named people is because they lived under a mountain that was underwater. Submarine technology isn't all that accessible to the people of Runeterra. It's possible, as we see with the blue side shopkeeper on Butcher's Bridge, but isn't quite there yet.

Tahm's a dude who likes to feed on despair, so he's potentially looking to show Fizz the true fate of his people and feed on the resulting despair from Fizz, implying both that Tahm knows what happened to Fizz's people and that it wasn't very nice.

I personally think they've been driven to complete or near extinction by some calamitous event that Fizz just wasn't witness to.

Also Riot, WHAT IS THE NAME OF FIZZ'S PEOPLE DAMMIT IT'S BEEN FOUR AND A HALF YEARS! TELL US!!! GAH!!!

The first rule of demons is to never trust what demons say. They always have an angle and not in some kind of street swindler way - their entire purpose of existence is based on vile and deceptive purposes. Even ones as seemingly simplistic as war demons will do whatever they can to instigate more war, including telling the 'truth'. Tahm himself might very well know what happened, we just cannot trust him because his entire angle is to bring despair and suffering to those who make deals with him.
