Ok you guys are over reacting about Morde's title

The title "lord of death" fit's Morde thematically better than the master of metal. Theres more "death" about morde in his identity than "metal." The only "metal" thing about morde is his armor. Sure, his _ gameplay_ skills are named from metal songs, but seriously. Titles are given to people based on their lore. That is an undeniable fact.

Please re consider in ur choice on this. You can't just reason by saying "i like his old title better because it's cool." You have to think about what is best for him. Please give ur unbiased opinions

Half of the overreaction is because they like the old title, the other half is because of the new title. Mordekaiser literally means 'Murder Emperor,' so giving him Lord of Death is not just a bit cliche, it's a tad redundant. More than a few people would be satisfied if they turned it to 'Paladin of Pain' since he friggin looks like a paladin who has gone down the wrong path. Hell, call him the Knight of Broken Souls because he looks like a knight and he essentially breaks the will of opponents to enslave them upon death, that would likely be received better.

I need to stop you right there. Thematically, he makes as much sense as squid trying to kill a coconut. No title fits him thematically, only particle wise does the title fit and that's it.

i'm fine with a title change. I'm just not fine with "Lord of Death." it's too generic and it doesn't really roll off the tongue very well.

Paladin of Pain however.

I would really like if this title was juat masking his true one, "the Ruined King", cause if you shown that title right of the back then that would spoil all the fun. Its like showing Gangplanks latest classic appearance saying thats his new classic form while releasing the Captain one first with his VU, people get spoiled and know something is up.
