So are the souls that are stuck in his lantern, i.e minion souls, senna, anyone that he has captured in his lantern, can they see outside of the lantern? For example, can they see the allied adc or enemy adc when in bot lane?

Souls don't have optical nerves, organs or brains to process received images,

So no.

Not to mention, in a flooded subway or trains, it's not like you can or have the mood to look outside for the view anyway.
