I appreciate that someone wanted to show what's under Veigar's hood. But the change in his silhouette is too drastic. It is no longer Veigar, but some yordle who stole some of Veigar's costume.
The head is the most recognizable part of a character. The veigar there looks more like some weird rumble-without-a-mech skin than it does Veigar.
If you take off batman's cowl, he looks like superman, et al.
But Veigar is some yordle.. So it makes sense he looks like a yordle?
As someone who plays Veigar alot, im not excited about this skin after seeing the splash
but honestly its hard to top Superb Villain.
i'd say the giant glove is more important than the hat

To me these look like two different characters if I look at their heads.

So the head isn't that recognizable of a part of a character in some cases. Their abilities and movements in-game are what really show who they are.
While Teemo looks that some thought and art was put into his Omega skin, these new ones gives me feeling of "fast! fast!!! omega skin = money!!!! Work fast!!"
...and so we have these half arsed shit skins I wouldn't pay 500RP for. Again - the ideas are great, just not finished and polished.
