I don't know where I remember reading it, but someone said it looks like this character is walking forwards, not backwards, despite us seeing a face (and hand). If this is a champion from Zaun, its plausible that he could be some type of Chimera. An experiment that has merged multiple beings/things/personalities. This could explain the teasers for Zed/Sona/Vi/Garen, who all have character flaws that could be fixed. Subsequently a video which never shows bullets, but a gun that seems to fire energy, creating (failing to create) living organisms attached to an existing host. Something akin to Shou Tucker, the Sewing-Life Alchemist from Full Metal Alchemist.
