i love everything about this new champion, but the candy king skin is the icing on the cake!

i can honestly say that just from first looks that this is one of my favourite skins ever

even the grass from his bushes are blue, the exact colour i was hoping they'd be

everything about it is just so cute with a licorice sheen

If you're reading the One Piece manga, this skin fits the theme of the current so much. All the villains are designed after sweets and they're all practically insane.
