That blue thing on Teemo's hat
It's not on the actual merchandise hat, so is that blue thing just a decorative feather, or is that Teemo's hair?

The Merchandise includes the ears of Teemo, so, if the blue thing were part of his hair... it wouldnt make sense to not add it in the merchandise because its a part of Teemo.
It must be a feather.
