It sounds **almost **identical to Tristana. It must be the same voice actress, sounds too similar.
Not that I'm saying it's a bad thing. I don't mind if they have a similar voice.

No, we're not, it's just that things line up: Poppy's expected to be coming out soon and the next champion should be Illaoi, who's definetly not a yordle, as opposed to this VO which is fairly yordle-esque. It could be an entirely new lady yordle, we dunno yet, but the signs are here.
I feel like in general, we should wait until we hear the full scope of these lines before drawing any comparison, regardless of who this voice belongs to, be it Poppy or someone else.

Well we can't know for sure, but being that it sounds a lot like the other recent female yordle, but with a more fighter-ish hero style, it stands to reason that it could be her.
Tristana's voice is much more energetic. Poppy's (if this is Poppy) voice is... how could I say it, a little bit... quirkier? Like, you can kind of hear the type of accent(?) current Poppy has.
Its hard to describe voices besides their pitch ok?!
Also one thing we can confirm from this: it is a yordle saying this because they have a low center of gravity.
All of the quotes sound like something Poppy would say, especially "I wish they would give up trying to stop me...but I can understand their position." She is the "Iron Ambassador" after all. The "low center of gravity" quote also indicates a Yordle champion as well as the tone and pitch of the champion. Even the sentence structure is very similar to the other Yordle champions (kind of rambling with run on sentences.)
Yeah, I think there's a good chance its Poppy. Can't wait to see her.
They do sound similar, but that might be from the VA's trying to hit the same pitch.
They still sound more different than Zyra and Elise who do share the same VA.
